$1200 includes electricity, water, internet, trash. Completely furnished, right down to dishes. Secure location in lovely setting with sea view, 10 minutes from town/25 to airport. Two bedroom or a bedroom and office or den. First and last month. Small pet. No smoking inside. Laundry off premises.
