What do the normal WAPA bill run during the summer months

Last year they were between $50 to $80 during the summer months and just pennies below $95 for Sept and October...very efficient apartment even using the air conditioning system.
Less than $40 during the late fall, winter season and early spring months.
Have installed a mechanical timer on the AC unit...if left on when going out or to work...turns itself off automatically...saves $$$$$.
All CFL bulbs and gas hot water and gas clothes dryer!

Sorry for those who called with phone problems... the cell service is finally back to good and seems to work, at least on this end of the island!
I think we all should get rebates from WAPA and the cell carriers...neither have carried their side of the contract to supply a service!!!
Power was out yesterday morning and nobody answered...called again and was transferred twice..and was then told that the power was restored earlier, and that maybe I didn't notice! I asked her to check again and she said "oops...still out in your neighborhood...should be restored soon and then hung up! Wish I could just hang up when I get their bill!
I can still be reached on my cell phone, which seems to be doing well since Friday morning! 340-332-0026 ... the KING SUITE is ready to move in...summer special still good...second month is rent free!

Is the King Suite still available?
we are interested in checking it out.
We are still in California but will be heading down to St. Croix in July.
We have two dogs, but they are well behaved and don't destroy properties.
Is the summer special still available? And do you need first/last/deposit to move in?

There is an interactive GOOGLE map for location and directions.
Additional links are on home page for car rentals, sites and things to do on the island.
Pets are welcome and all is cleaned, repainted and ready for new tenants.
We require an $800 security deposit and the long term lease rent is $795/month...sign a lease and we will make the 2nd month free!
