Spacious 1 BR Apt, nr Questa Verde, Pet ok

Hello there again folks! Although I am not posting most dwellings for rent/lease anymore (you can always visit Real Estate on this board, click on my ad and view the entirety), I have had many private messages for apartments and houses on St. Croix that will accept pets.

I did locate an apartment, just above Questa Verde (3 min to Christiansted, easy access for Hess/Hovensa) that is lovely. One very large bedroom with ample closet space, storage space and mostly furnished (bed, dresser etc.), with a very large living room, kitchen and dining room combination. It opens with french doors to a private balcony, large enough for several chairs, chaise lounge and table. LR/dining room have furniture, appliances in kitchen, though there is ample room for more furniture. Cable already on site, just needs the converter box. Good-excellent cell phone reception.

In terms of pets, the owner did have a bad experience, so please observe that this is 'giving it a second chance'. One pet preferred of moderate size and trained. Can be walked around the grounds, but owner is asked to use a leash and to clean up after pet (ie. dog up to 40 lbs.). Indoor cat is fine as well, but would prefer no elephants, snakes, lizards etc.

Available August 1 for $1,200 and a flat rate of $150 for water and electric. Very peaceful and serene surroundings, great breeze and ceiling fans in LR and BR.
