Single male, non-smoker, no pets... Need something simple and fairly inexpensive, 450 to 500 monthly. Moving in August. I am also willing to do the roommate thing if anyone reads this and is interested in splitting something a bit bigger...

id be interested in possibly finding something to share. im a single non smoking female moving there august first. but i do have 2 cats i will be taking with me? not sure how you would feel about that..

as long as they're taken care of, and things get changed and what not, then I don't have a problem with cats. I'll be there August 11th but still be willing to pay my share for the month.. jpmadden@hotmail.com if you'd like to discuss things further...

I have a 2 bed 2 bath looking for someone to share, at Mill harbor, $750 plus 1/2 electric, gated complex on the beach with a pool, restaurant, bar, tennis, etc... its a really nice place, renovated 2 years ago, the apartment is quite large, i can send you pics if you'd like. The condo is in christiansted which is where most people live. thanks, sue
