We (two professional adults) live on St. Croix, and we're looking for a furnished 1-2 bedroom apartment/condo/house, to move in as soon as possible, though there's no huge hurry. We'd like to keep the rent+utilities under $1500, but we'd consider paying more for something worth more. Here are the things we're looking for, in order of importance:
Pet friendly (We have a 7lb Chihuahua who is perfectly house trained, friendly, and quiet.)
Internet available (one of us telecommutes)
Quiet surroundings
Nice breeze
Laundry facilities available (no dryer needed)
View
Area where running/walking through the surrounding neighborhood is possible without dodging cars
Near Sunny Isle/hospital
The first four are deal breakers, but the rest are just things that would be nice.
If you have a house with an apartment or guest cottage and need some help with minor maintenance while you're away, we'd be happy to do things like care for your pets, water plants, etc.
I didn't list things like safety, parking, etc. because I figured those would be understood. 🙂

I have a cottage with great sea views, breezy private, quiet and safe..dog friendly to small dog..completety furnished.1 bedroom with sleeping loft for guests..15 Mins. to hosp.
Laundry on premises..wireless Avail..Much included. $1,200..Includes full program satelite TV, Pest control,landscaping maintenance. You pay for water, electric and gas...laundry water/electric dryer on me. split A/C unit can cool cottage completely..Not really needed due to fans and breezey area...
