Hello everyone! At the estate in Southgate, there are a few rental houses that have just been freed up, as well as one on East St. directly in Christiansted. The details are:
Pool House: Inside: 2 bedrooms, 3 baths (full), kitchen with washer/dryer), living room, A/C and a very large dining room, often used as guest quarters or 3rd bedroom. Out on deck near pool: Kitchen (full, except with grill instead of stove), dining area, lounging/living area, bathroom w/shower for after pool use. Rent: $2,500* per month, one month security, plus utilities (water flat rated at $75 per person per month). Pets welcome w/ responsible owners.
Island House: 2 bedroom home. Never rented before. Large, nicely furnished living room eat in kitchen, higher end applicances, washer/dryer room off of kitchen as well as a guest bath. Deck with views of Green Cay, marina and Caribbean from living room and deck. Bedrooms: One master, one second or guest. Both with bathrooms. Ante-room for master can be used as an additional bedroom or study. $2,500*/mo., electric and flat rated water per person. Pets welcome (within reason, up to 2 pets, no rhinos)
Greenhouse: An enormous one bedroom (slightly lofted) cottage. Just refinished, lots of wood, bright light, tons of space, 2 decks, A/C in the bedroom, 1 bath and a laundry room. Unique, wonderful and spacious. Just above the fruit grove and one of the furnished gazebos. $1,500 per month, one month security and utilities. Pets welcome.
* Some consideration in rent may be given with strong applications, employment etc.

Christiansted, East St: A lovely, newly refurbished building with a total of 4 units. This is completely furnished, very tasteful, great use of space, off street parking and a great group of neighbors. 4 blocks from King St., shopping and the boardwalk. $950 per month plus utilities and one month security. NO PETS, NO SMOKING INSIDE.

MY NAME IS COLLEEN GOFF AND I AM LOOKING FOR HOUSING THAT IS PET FRIENDLY. I AM A PHARMACIST AT MEDICINE SHOPPE PHARMACY AND I'VE LIVED HERE FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND HALF. THE $1500 COTTAGE IS A GOOD PRICE RANGE BUT THE $2500 HOUSES ARE A LITTLE MUCH WITHOUT A ROOMMATE AND I AM TRYING TO AVOID THAT. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO STAY ON THE EAST END.
