So Glenn,
Tell me would you be staying in our place or just looking out for it? Are you employed elsewhere? Do you do handyman work like painting or other jobs. Are you mechanically inclined. Do you have references?

I am looking for live on property job.
Finish carpenter by trade can maintain or repair almost anything on your property. I have carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tools.
