I say 2 1/2 bedrooms cuz the third one is kinda small...or could be used for an office (last tenants used it for that.) This house sits on a gated property, just off the main road by the entrance to Limetree Beach, very quiet, very secure, built to withstand 'canes and has access to a private beach down the trail (private until the Ginn Company develops it, that is, but it's gonna be a while...). Washer hook-up, outdoor shower (in addition to the indoor restroom). Pets are welcome, and it's got a big yard for them to play in and lots of undeveloped spaces to explore. It comes unfurnished (well, it has a gas stove and newer fridge), but includes digital cable with 2 boxes and all channels, phone, electric, etc. Basically all you need to do to move in is bring your stuff. $1,550/mo, includes all. I spoke with Jerry yesterday and he said that he's gotten a few calls on thi. someone looked at it, and someone else is scheduled to look at it, but, as of this morning, it's still available...

Jerry asked me to re-post this, as he got such a good response from it the first time. He said that the majority of people that looked at it loved the location, but that they seemed to be looking for something a little more 'high end', so it's still available (look, guys...for this kind of money, you're not gonna get a house that is palatial...but this one has LOTS of potential!). If you are looking for a place with some serious privacy, this is it! It may not be up to Ritz-standards, but it's clean, built to last, has a great location...and ya really can't beat the price for a whole HOUSE! Especially one with this much privacy. If you're looking for a place, be sure to call Jerry and check this one out. You don't even have to worry about yardwork, as it gets done for you! If you have pets, then you definitley wanna check this one out! Personally, I think it's a great deal!

Orignally from NYC relocated to St. Kitts/Nevis 8 years ago and now looking to live on St. Thomas. Two bedroom needed as my mother lives with me during winter months to get away from cold in NYC. Good St Thomas references available. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I have a friend who is the executive chef at the greathouse and has agreed to see the property for me if it is still available.

Is the property still available? A couple of questions though, does it have a deck, How many bathrooms? How hard would it be to get furnished, We will be down to stay the last week of Sept. How long is the comute to the hospital?

It's got one bathroom, I think...and yes, it has a deck attached to the house...and a porch next to the house.
