My friend and I (two girls from Ca in our early 20's) are looking for a third roommate.
We live on the west end of STT, in Fortuna, near UVI.
Our place is a 2bd/1bath. We are sharing a room so we have a single room to rent out.
The apartment is really nice with a huge living room and kitchen, all stainless steel appliances, a pool table, huge entertainment system, etc.
Rent would be $800/month which includes all utilities (including satellite TV).
What else? You don't need a car, it's pretty easy to get around without one (my roommate doesn't have a car).

Hi! I'm looking to move to St.Thomas in the near future, as I'm tired of the cold and hectic northeast. I'm a female, age 22, from Connecticut and have vacationed every year in St.Thomas for the past 9 years in a row. I'm very familiar with the island and have loved it ever since my first visit. I've been looking online for jobs the past few weeks and am hoping to find something soon. Wondering if you still have the extra room available? Thanks!

I'm originally from New England, I lived in Cali for a while (Tahoe, East Bay) I've been snowboarding in Alaska for the last 2 years and I'm ready to relax on the beach for a while.
