I have a two bedroom and would like a mature professional female as a room mate....apartment is in a nice quiet area and i've noticed that vitran passes close by....I'm an easy going person and would like someone with no pets, smoking or heavy drinking....please pm me for more details.....the rent would be 600.00 including electricity.

The room is still available, I do not want to waste your time but I cannot have someone who smokes or has pets. Only contact me if you are already employed and can afford the rent which is a bargain for this area.
