Looking for a roommate preferably someone who is clean and respectable of others. I have a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment and I am looking to rent out the one half of the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and has wifi. The tenant will have to pay $525 a month, this includes utilities. I am willing to accept a month to month lease as well as a six month lease. The apartment is located in Gallowsbay, five minutes away from town. Local shopping centers, restaurants, banks, bars, laundry mats and the bus line is all within walking distance.
