My room mates are moving out of our two bedroom place at the end of December so the room is available in January. I love the place and just don't want to let it go. The available bedroom is a nice large 224ft square bedroom with walk in closet and master bathroom. Perfect for a couple (has two sinks). The rent for this furnished place is $1200 a month, so if a couple moves back in it will only be $400 per person. No ocean view, but the place is cool and peaceful up in the mountains and surrounded by bamboo, palm trees, and fruit trees. It is just west if the road down to Cane Bay. I am a 30 year old guy and run a charter boat, so I am often gone. So even if you don't like me much for some reason, I would be a good room mate. I am interested I'm 22 and moving down Feb 1st. I was previously thinking st Thomas because I'm a server/ bartender and i want to make sure i can get a good job. Are there good opportunities for serving on st. croix

Let me know if you dont find room mates and plan to move out or sublet. I am looking for a place but cant share,sorry, have two kids. But Im willing to pay a finders fee/commission .
