Two 1-BDR, 1-BTH condos at Caribbean View. One unit at $750 per month and the other at $850 per month. Furnished and with basic house wares supplied. Included utilities: water and hot water, propane gas for the stove, satellite tv, mailbox, garbage, laundry room on-site. Tenant responsible for power bill and any other utilities they choose to set up, such as telephone or internet services.
Two 2-BDR, 2-BTH condos at Colony Cove. Lease rate varies depending on length of contract, but these usually rent for $2100-$2500 per month. Nicely renovated and in very good condition. This property makes a great rental for roommates to share as there are three separate living areas and the space is easy to divvy up so everyone has their own living quarters with the kitchen being what is mainly shared. Available approximately March 1st:
2-BDR, 2-BTH villa in Solitude (east end) with large yard and huge gallery with a full-on Buck Island view. $2200 per month. Fully furnished and well equipped. Cistern water is included, but all other utilities are at tenant’s expense. Laundry is on-site. Pet-friendly (pets must be pre-approved).
Many of these properties could also be available short-term or for PMV's if vacant at your desired dates, rates to be negotiated depending on dates and length of stay.

One of the Caribbean View condos is booked through late March. The other is still available for immediate occupancy.
The 4-BDR, 3-BTH house has a prospective tenant, but deposit arrival has been delayed. I am still fielding requests from other tenants until the security deposit arrives.
The condos (Colony Cove, St. C's, & Caribbean View) are all available short-term until vacancies are filled by long-term tenants. Call for rates for your short-term needs.

The 2-BDR, 2-BTH villa is also in negotiations for a lease.

The 2-BDR, 2-BTH Villa in Solitude is now leased (through the spring or longer) and no longer available for rent at this time.
One of the Colony Cove condos is now leased month to month and not available at this time.
For those following old threads and inquiring about prior rental listings:
The 4-BDR, 3-BTH Villa in Barren Spot is under lease for a year and no longer available.
The studio condo in Peter's Farm has been sold and is no longer available for rental.
Still Available:
One 2-BDR, 2-BTH condo at Colony Cove. Call for rental rates and photos.
Two 1-BDR, 1-BTH condos at Caribbean View. $750 and $850 per month.
One 1-BDR, 1-BTH condo at St. C's. $1700 per month. This is a rent rate increase due to the HOA increasing monthly fees to condo owners, but the rent increase is for less than the increase to the landlord. They are eating part of the increase themselves. Might still consider a 1-year lease at the old rate of $1600 per month.

Landlord of the Caribbean View rental condos now says he'd allow cats or possibly a small dog in the unit that rents at $750 per month. There would be a pet fee (per pet).
