Downstairs apartment available immediately in a 2-unit villa just east of Christiansted on the hillside above Gallows Bay. Panoramic views of C'sted harbor, Altoona Lagoon and all the way around to the Buccaneer. 2-BDR and 2-BTH, pet friendly, mostly furnished and partially equipped. Shared laundry room. Each unit has its own driveway and parking area and separate gallery areas. Generator runs entire property in event of power outages. $1800 per month plus utilities.
2-BDR, 2-BTH refurbished condo at Mill Harbour available for long-term lease or month-to-month. Fully furnished and equipped, pets not allowed at the complex. Landlord asking $2K per month but may be negotiable for right tenant.
Studio condo at Peter's Farm in Christiansted. Small but functional. Furnished and equipped. $700 per month includes power and water (but no A/C).

I have just accepted a Sous Chef position at The Buccaneer and will be arriving Dec. 7th. I would be interested in the downstairs 2 bedroom or the studio.

The 3-BDR Saman condo is no longer available
The 1-BDR St. C's condo is no longer available... but I may have another unit opening up soon. Same basic info and rental rate, etc.
I will have a 2-BDR, 2-BTH condo at Colony Cove available just after New Year's. Available long term or at short term rates during the tourist season. Recently remodeled and in great condition. PM me for details and I can send photos if you provide an email addy.

Hi, I will be relocating to st. croix at the end of the month, and being able to rent on a month to month basis fits in with me perfectly.
I am an English teacher, and will be teaching at Iqra Academy, at the beginning of February 2008.
I will check out what's available, but please email me and let me know exactly what I will need to secure an apartment from you. I am interested in a 2 bed/2 bath month to month lease, and could use some serious negotiating.
