I have several properties coming available for rent over the next few weeks:
Large 1-BDR condo at St. C's for $1600 per month plus WAPA. Water is included, as is cable tv, terminix and other HOA provided amenities. The condo is furnished and equipped and has a washer/dryer in the unit. Walk-in level with awesome views and breezes. Available early May.
Small 2-BDR cottage at Estate Rust Op Twist on the northshore. Has large gallery with ocean view. Comes furnished and equipped. Washer and dryer in unit. Newer refrigerator and stove. PETS ALLOWED! $1500 per month plus WAPA. Lots of open space and fields around this one plus historic ruins for charm. Available mid-May.
Warehouse loft-style apartment at Estate Rust Op Twist on the northshore. Some work about to be done to improve bathroom and some other areas of the building. $900 per month. Makes great artist studio and has plenty of artistic inspiration on the property.
A couple other villas are also about to be available. More info to follow soon. One has 2-BDR/2-BTH and a great Buck Island view. The other has 3-BDR and 2-BTH and views of C'sted Harbor. Both furnished and equipped and have laundry facilities. Available as soon as landlords determine rental rates.

we are planning our move in fall/winter. Can you keep me posted of rentals that allow pets. The one in May sounds perfect, but we won't be there then.

I am very interested in the 3 bedroom that is soon to be available, we will be moving the 1st of June. Are pets allowed? Please let me know when you have further information.

exactly where is Estate Rust Op Twist? Frederiksted or Christiansted?

You've never been here have you cam are you doing a cold move...moving without coming here first? F'sted and C'sted are the two towns on the island. I wouldnt expect a newcomer to know rust though its center island.

Rust-Op_Twist is up off of North Shore between Salt River and Cane Bay. A beautiful historic area with nice views.

We have been there many times. The property I was inquiring about only listed the neighborhood. Yes, I know the difference between F/C, but I am not familiar yet with all the neighborhoods.

Ahhh now I see what you were trying to say. You were asking if it was near f'sted or c'sted. On island here we usually say west, east or north and maybe center island. Not much property south east or south center one because it is mostly undeveloped and the other because of hovensa. And anything west is west. Try getting one of those pocket maps they are the best map on island and will list all the estates.

Small studio condo at Peter's Farm in Christiansted downtown area. $650 per month for long-term rental or a little more for shorter-term leases. Includes power & water!
All are furnished and equipped and have laundry available. Prior tenants have now vacated and these are ready for immediate occupancy.
