My friend is getting a little edgy about renting and I was hoping you might have a few suggestions. There are the two of us...late 20s, both ladies. We have no transportation as of yet. We're not making solid plans, but will need a place in early October. I won't get to the island until the end of September, but can pass any information you may have on to my friend who is there now. Price, as usual, is an issue. I don't really know what area to start looking in. Like I said, any hints at all would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Sandy
Hey i saw ur post. Do you have anything under 1000??? Email me if you do. Thanks
Unfortunately, I don't have any rentals available under $1K per month. Most rentals in the lower price ranges are handled directly by the landlord rather than by a property manager. If I hear of anything, I'm always happy to steer people in need in the right direction.
Ok thanks!
i'm headed to the island on sept. 28 to meet up with my friend who's been there for a while. i'm 29 and i think she's like 27. we're both single, marine biology-oriented scientists. we might want to consider having another roommate who wants to save a little fundage for alternate adventures. get back with me if you'd like to consider that as an option.
no worries, though...and good luck regardless.
