Hello there again folks! I am moving into another area, so will not be quite as involved in real estate as of August 1, however did want to post a few openings that I know of now. This is often the time that people on island make changes, and people off island who are moving are seeking places to live. West of Christiansted: 1 bedroom condo, unfurnished, newly redone (kitchen, painting bathroom etc.). Pool, laundry just off of North Shore Road so easy access to both C'sted and F'sted. Terrific direct view of Buck Island from living room and gallery. $800/month plus one month security, lease and utils in your name (utilities are VERY low) No pets.

Solitude, East of Christiansted: Top of the mountain, there is both a great one bedroom apartment and a cottage w/ one bedroom. Both are roomy, extremely well constructed and beautifully furnished. The views, the pool, the outdoor lounging are all unsurpassed. Both require 6 month lease, 1 month security and first months rent at time of signing lease. No pets. Utils included unless electric goes over $500- (that this the owners input)......a must see. Safe, secure and exquisitely beautiful. $1,400- one bedroom aparment, $1,600 cottage.

Pets are allowed, utils are flat rated for most houses, and the grounds are superb. 7 houses in all.
