Hello again! I wanted to run down the list of what is still available in terms of rentals that I manage on St. Croix. They are:

Vista Del Mar: 1 bedroom condominium with view of Buck Island and Pool. Newly repainted/refurbished. Kitchen, Living room and gallery with a garden. Laundromat on site. 5 minutes to Christiansted. $950 plus deposit and utilities. Owner will consider offers. Not furnished. No pets.

East St., Christiansted Two lovely apartments, fully furnished, A/C, WiFi DSL, local phone and basic cable included. One apartment is a studio ($850 per month) the other, and one-bedroom ($950 per month). All new furniture and appliances. Off street parking, fenced. Pictures available if you send me a private message with your regular email address. Walking distance to the Christiansted Harbor.

Southgate Estate: A community of 8 homes all on a lovely estate with fruit and flower gardens, walkways and gazebos. Lovely. Open currently is the 1) Pool House: Great, deep pool with a covered dining area, living area and kitchen as well as bathroom for the best of outdoor living. Inside is a living room with guest bath, 2 bedrooms each with private bath, kitchen with washer and dryer, private parking next to steps to house. Great security. $2,500/month plus utils. 2) "The Island House". 2 bedroom house with all new kitchen (eat in), high end appliances and well laid out, very large living room well furnished (all new) with view of Green Cay and North shore, laundry room and a bathroom off of kitchen, central hallway to private parts of house closed of with door when entertaining, bedrooms nicely furnished, each with a view of the Cay and Caribbean, 3rd room can be used as a sitting room for a master suite, an office or third bedroom. Each bedroom has private bath, and in extra room, there is even a captain's bunk built in for 'emergency' guests! Wonderful, furnished porch. $2,500 plus utils. Pets allowed. 3) The Loft: Very efficient living. Downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Up on the loft is a bedroom with views of the Caribbean. Furnished. Well priced at $750 plus utilities and deposit.

Judith's Fancy: Beautiful guest house. Completely furnished with high speed Internet , pool and electricity included. Beautiful views from private deck. $1,500 plus security. Please PM for further information.
