Wow-- what a deal. Surely this won't go unrented for more than a few moments. $950? 2 BR?? St. John???! Wow. It could be a pit and still be a bargain on that island 🙂

I'll bet the $950 is for a "share" of the place... As is says "we", maybe you get a couch for that price! 😀

The unit listed is a "share" of the apartment. You would have your own bedroom and your own bath. The place is very clean and is an absolute steal for the right person.
