I moving with my husband in August to St Thomas and I'm looking for an apartment/house one bed/ one bath or 2 bed/ one bath. We will rent for one year.

Check the Island Trader at http://islandtrader.vidaily.com/ This will give you a good idea of the costs of such a place, based on location....

Hey...could you two live with a part-time roomie? I have a 2 bedrooom, one bath in Frenchman's Bay, walkable to Limetree Beach, fully furnished, including one hell of a home theater, utilities and high speed internet (DSL), for only $750 per month. It will be available Sept 1st. I spend week to ten days at a time on each island, or away to the States for training, so I'm gone for a week to ten days a time, then back for a week to ten days, then gone, etc....any interest?
