Studio apartment, furnished or unfurnished available Aug. 1. The best location in Red Hook, on St. Thomas. Check out: virginislandsrentals.com . It is unit 3A.
As stated on the website, I have removed all the furniture to accommodate the current tenant. I will re-furnish or can rent it unfurnished.
I live on STX, but the current tenant will show the apartment. She requires 24 hours notice.
Rent is $1200 per month, plus utilities. First, last and deposit. Prefer 1 year lease, but can be flexible.

Update on Red Hook Studio. Available Aug. 1. I will be on STT July 26-30 to re-furnish the apartment and show it. If interested in unfurnished, please PM me to set appointment for July 26th. After that, it's furnished only.
