This is a Comfort Star Portable Air Conditioner which can also be run as a dehumidifier or a heater (hey you never know, lol). Has a remote control so you do not even need to get out of bed to change the settings. Sleep function changes the temp slowly over an hour and then changes it back in the morning at whatever intervals you set it for. Nice thing about it is it is on wheels so you can move it from room to room. There is an extra window vent so you could set one up in bedroom and one in living room and just move it from one to the other. Here are two links that show you exactly what it is.

This unit came with my house and I will never use it. Rather keep my windows wide open with a fan if need be. Anyway, ran it for a few hours in the guestroom (12x15 with 9' ceilings) and it was darn chilly in there. Has all its parts and manuals. Since the previous owners only came down a few times a year, this unit did not get much of a work out in its few years of life.
