Located high in the hills of the west end of St Croix, there is a really nice, safe and secure, pet friendly one bedroom two story apartment.
Fully and nicely furnished; washer/gas dryer, gas stove with self cleaning oven. gas instant hot water heating, refrigerator with ice maker, some small appliances, all necessary dishes and linens with short term rentals, wired hi-speed DSL internet, extende cable TV, queen size carpeted bedroom with a seperate sitting area, glass enclosed gallery, just off the bedroom, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the rain forest below.
Additionally, there is a large concrete patio just outside the apartment...just for your use only!

Oranges, bananas, coconuts, mangos, and papaya fruit trees on property, plus more than enough flowering trees and bushes.
All CFL lighting throughout the unit for economic usage of electricity.
Ceiling fans in every room, air conditioning (although not necessary now) in the bedroom and also in the main living room.
Large ceramic topped preparation and work island (plenty of kitchen storage) and eating counter in the kitchen area with a couple of tall stools.
Tropical design large and comfortable three pillow sofa, white rattan style frame, with two plush matching side chairs, coffee table and end table.
The property is part of a larger island residence home, although a stand-alone building.
Outdoor shower for those returns from the sandy beach days!
Parking adjacent to the apartment's entry door.
This property is privately gated with no traffic...last home at the end of the Rainbow (Drive)...several neighbors, but not close!
Shorter term or PMV Rates (includes all utilities and based meter supplied WAPA):
$100.00/day minimum of 3 days.
$500.00/week.
$1,400.00/month,
$1,100.00/month longer term lease rates available upon request. WAPA/gas utilities extra.
VISA and MasterCard accepted.

In light of all the recent events with the Island and also HOVENSA, we are going to become more negotiable in the rental fees and rates.
If internested, please contact us and lets see what terms we can accept for the long term rental, short term usage, or PMV of this quiet, safe and secure apartment. Pets are still accepted.
