Pet Friendly Short Term Rental

:Moving to St. Thomas and can't take your pet to a hotel while you are looking for your perfect place in Paradise? We offer a fully furnished air conditioned studio or one bedroom apartment with private drive, patio, BBQ and pool privileges. The studio is the master bedroom, with a king size bed, wet bar, (microwave. mini-fridge, coffee maker, small sink, etc.) sitting area, cable TV, bathroom with tub, walk in closet and washer.dryer. The apartment includes the bedroom and a great room with fully furnished kitchen,(dishwasher, all dishes, pots, pans, ect.) large dining buffet bar and stools,and living room area. With separate doors to the bedroom and great room, you can rent the studio for $99/night and apartment for $150/night, with 4 night minimum. $200 and $300 refundable damage deposit respectively. 8% government hotel tax must be charged.. Longer terms negotiable. This is really less expensive than a hotel, when you consider you will spend at least $50 per person/ per day to eat out 3 meals a day. With drinks, even more. Remember we are duty free at the grocery store!:-)
