Hi and good day...
For all those who are interested, the old tenant has finally left the building!
The unit has been cleaned, repaired and refitted with new appliances (new 6 burner gas range and oven, new frost free hi efficiency refrigerator), Dish Network satellite system and hi speed internet.
Move in ready...come and take a look.

When you say "old tenant", are you referring to the 2nd residence that was rented at the time you posted this ad?
So, are there 2 units for rent now?

No, only one was available and it has now, too, been rented.

Lucky new tenant - it looks lovely and if I were on STX I'd jump on it! But I love my little cottage on STT and hope to be in for many years to come. Hope your new tenant turns out to be a great one!
