Looking for the right tenant for the best buy on STT. We have a furnished great one bedroom by the water at Sapphire Beach on STT, that is very private. It has been repainted and comes with an additional office or a guest room. The apartment comes with basic cable and wireless internet. The private home is gated as well as the entire community. There is a King size bed in a king sized bedroom. The living room is 16 x 16. There is a screened in porch.
There is a washer/dryer on site as well as a pool.
1375/month. First, last and one months security required to get in.
