I have a beautiful furnished one bedroom apartment available right over Sapphire Beach. It rents for 1250 per month. First, last and security required. It comes with gas, water and basic cable. The apartment is in a locked yard with a pool and laundry. Looking for a one year lease.
The bedroom has AC. The Living room/kitchen has balconies as well as the bedroom. are breezes most of the time. It can be seen after 10/15 and is available any time after that.
We are looking for a professional person or couple who enjoy the beach and quiet life. . No bar hoppers need reply.
