I would love to see the classifieds split out with a forum specifically for rentals? Any thoughts? Who is the decision maker and how can this be pursued.

I disagree. There is not enough traffic to warrant splitting into subdivisions. Plus, for browsers such as myself, it's extra steps that are not necessary.
