need to rent efficiency beginning mid January

I am interested in renting an efficiency living space in St. Croix for six months beginning mid January to mid June. It will only be me moving in, so a one bedroom, one bath will suffice. I do not smoke and have no pets. The following are preferences, in order of importance, and questions that I would like answered, where possible:
Location: Close to Northside Road where it intersects with RTE 752, RTE 74, and RTE 75, nearby by the Little Princess Estate behind Sugar beach, northwest of Christiansted.
Terms for the rentals agreement, i.e. is first, last and/or security deposit required prior to moving in?
Kitchen with appliances (stove, fridge, pots and pans)
Furnished living space (table, chairs, desk, some furniture)
Are the floors carpet, wood, tile, or other?
Washer and dryer
Ceiling fans, if so, how many?
Is there a yard that requires upkeep, i.e. grass mowing, etc
Is there recycling and trash pick up?
Is there outdoor space such as a porch or deck?
If there is additional information that you could provide that would be much appreciated such as nearby bank, post office, hardware store, groceries, restaurant/bar, etc

I have copied your request below and answered each one seperately.
Location: Close to Northside Road where it intersects with RTE 752, RTE 74, and RTE 75, nearby by the Little Princess Estate behind Sugar beach, northwest of Christiansted. *We are about 4-5 miles from Rt 751(not sure of 752) where it intersects 74 & 75. We are off 70 in Anna's Hope.
Terms for the rentals agreement, i.e. is first, last and/or security deposit required prior to moving in? First month's and security deposit. Also seperate electric bill for apt. is in our name so you would pay us monthly for that so a $250.00 security deposit is required up front for electric returnable once last bill has been paid to us.
Kitchen with appliances (stove, fridge, pots and pans) Brand new apt. (was 1 bed/knocked down wall to open space so efficiency w/500 sq ft space) Everything you need to live is included stove, fridge, pots/pans, microwave, utensils, towels, tv, iron/ironing board, walk in room closet, etc.
Furnished living space (table, chairs, desk, some furniture) Completely furnished, living, dining, bedroom. Room for desk(not included)
Are the floors carpet, wood, tile, or other? Tile floors.
Washer and dryer Not included but laundromat right down hill/less than 1 mile. Concierge service somewhat included, which means I clean the sheets and towels every two weeks since this is an apt. that our family uses when they come down. Want to keep it nice.
Ceiling fans, if so, how many? Regular Vornado fan included plus portable A/C unit if needed.
Is there a yard that requires upkeep, i.e. grass mowing, etc No upkeep for you/we live on site.
Is there recycling and trash pick up? No recycling on STX pickup. Drop off for cans/etc right down close to laundry site. Trash pick up on site but we take to drop off real close so can just put your trash in our trashcan.
Is there outdoor space such as a porch or deck? Outside patio area/concrete pavers.
Rent would be $750.00 per month and includes water usage (city water which is good when power goes out). You pay us for electric and currently almost a full tank of propane for gas stove is in place, which you would have to purchase next one when it runs out.
We are not looking for a long term rental so 6 month would be good. We have two outside dogs in a large yard area and several outside cats. We would be coming by the apartment each morning and evening to take care of the dogs. They aren't barkers except when Rocco wants to eat. Very quiet area and you would have partial sea views from a back room and when you arrive on the property from our top level but none when you are inside the living/dining/bedroom area. Close to Christiansted, Plaza, Cost U Less stores, etc. I can send pics if you wish. Parking spot included. Cleaning services available for extra charge.
Also, I noticed you had a request on here for a car. We are thinking of buying a larger vehicle and may be selling our 2002 Ford Escort/white. I'll keep you posted.
Are you coming for a specific period of time or will you be a permanent resident of St. Croix?
