Hello all
I'm a nurse currently attempting to determine if a Certified Home Health Care Agency would be feasible in St. Thomas. I will need to come to STT for approximately a 4 week period in May - June & am looking for a 2 bedroom condo/villa/apt to rent for 4-5 weeks. Location not important. No kids. I would appreciate any info.
Thanks very much
Liz

You will certainly be able to find suitable lodging, but not this far out. Start checking 2-4 weeks before you actually come. That is the start of slow season and you should have your pick.

I have a two bedroom short term rental. During that time you can rent on a monthly basis at $2,000 per month beginning 5/15 . This includes telephone, cable TV, swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen and all utilities. Look at www.stthomasvirginisland.com for pictures. Email or pm me with any questions.

I have a two bedroom on Crystal Cove on Sapphire Beach. It rents for 3000/month plus utilities in the off season. May 15 would be the off season. This place has everything. Go to VRBO.com and look for ad number 153908 for a full description of the property. It has everything.

Good Luck in what you are attempting. We have had many visiting nurses who have stayed at our places as we also have rooms to rent in our private home. They rent for 85/day. We cut deals for long term stays.

If you are interested place let me know.

Bill

Liz: There currently is one certified home health agency (Seaview Home Health) and two home hospice organizations (La Paz and Continnuum Care.) Don't know that the population would support another.
