Hello all.
Through this board, I have been able to locate a place to live in early August, but I need to be out of where I am now on July 20, so I'm looking for something just for a two week period until I can move into my new place.
I was thinking of using an inexpensive hotel, but would like any recommendations. It would be great if I could find a condo to "sit" for this time. I can do basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting if needed.
Any suggestions?

Becky R just made a post about a short-term rental she has available. Might work for you. Look for her post further down the page, it's heading says PMV rental STX.

I live across the street. My son leaves tomorrow morning and you can work something out here for a bit. Stop by, the black car across the street. Stand at the fence and call out -
