Hello Everyone!
Like the title says, we need a decent place to stay on STX for a month, say June and/or July. We are a business/contractors coming down to the island to design/install solar electric systems. I have been visiting/living on st Thomas for most of my life but Ive only been on STX twice! We were there at the ag-fair and got a good feel for the island, but still much to learn. We would have 5-6 people on STX for the month and would like to possibly make a deal with a landlord/bldg owner to put up a solar electric system in lieu of rent, or whatever works. Does anyone know of any condo's, houses, Bread and breakfast or resorts that would be interested in something like this? We would be coming down with 2 vehicles and a burning desire to get the island "solarized" 🙂 SO, if anyone has a property that can accommodate 5-6 solar guys and possibly make a deal for a system, we would be very interested!! We are professionals, we will be offering the best products on the market at competitive pricing, full warranties, rebates through the VI energy office etc. We have been in business for 8 years and done about 250 installs. We want to bring our business to one of the best places on earth and help those who are paying more for electricity than any other US Soil. We are offering systems that will pay off in under 10 years, much less if the cost of energy goes up. 109 a barrel today... ouch!

Update! STX Here we come!!!!

Solar Electric Systems are coming soon!
Still haven't figured out where my brother and i are going to stay for the two weeks. Ill be there the whole time, he will be with me for the last week. We will be coming down to do consultations, site visits, shading analysis and prequalifying for jobs! We have put together specific packages to get the most out of the VIEO/WAPA rebate and net metering. System paybacks under 10 years!! If energy prices go up even less... So.... Id love some suggestions about a good place to stay for the two weeks. We stayed at Pelican Cove during the ag-fair, and would again love to be somewhere where we can have reasonably priced restaurant and the beach within walking distance, yet centrally located. 2 separate bedrooms are needed, cause my brother is an insomniac and i need my sleep! he he
Im still looking into the month rental In June and/or July when we come down with a crew to do installations. The rental must sleep at least 5 in separate beds, 4 bedroom minimum, possible exchange/trade/barter a PV system for rent.
