Need a room or place in STX by next week.

I need housing in Saint Croix as early as next week. An all inclusive and fully furnished room for rent some kind of matching accommodation would be extremely ideal. The housing must be as close to Christiansted as possible.

I am a 30 year old single white male who has lived in STT for 3 years. I have a new employment offer in STX. I will not be able to relocate my transportation or many of my belongings for at least a month so I will either be walking or using a mountain bike where possible. I occasionally drink, do NOT use drugs, do NOT smoke, have no pets, no dependents and no active relationship.

If you have a room available, I would prefer to live with someone who doesn't smoke inside and is sociable. I do not want to live in a fragile, hostile or strict environment. Occasional drug use habits (non-hardcore) do not bother me but I do not use.

I am looking for easy going offers. I am not interested in rental agreements, contracts, security deposits or whatever. That's why a room for rent or owner provided condo verbal lease usually works out better for me. If the place is nice, I might stay awhile. If not, I might stay a month or two and move on.
