My husband and I are relocating to St. John in August, pending sale of our house.
Looking initially for a temporary place to stay until we can find an apartment to rent. I know Connections will be helpful once we are there but I was wondering if anyone knew of a realtor who also deals in rentals, or any other sources for long term rentals. I have done Craig's list, Daily News, not much posted.
We realize that St John has limited places to rent in comparison to St Thomas, but were hoping to be there at off season and that this will increase our chances to rent on STJ.

PS After visiting annually for the past 7 years, since our honeymoon, we are very excited to make this plan a reality, with all its rewards and challenges. :@)
