More openings, Apts. STX, just notified

Hello there again. Thank you to the folks who have already contacted regarding other apartments. I appreciate your interest and support.

There are a few more homes at Southgate near Green Cay that I needed to verify regarding occupancy. The following are all open at this time and ready for new tenants. All are pet friendly, and all have fixed rates on the utilities w/ discounted cable service. They are:

The Pool House: 2-3 bedroom house with the best of indoor and outdoor living. Newly renovated to expand the already huge outdoor living space which includes dining, lounging/living furniture such as sofa, table, end tables and chairs as well as a kitchen to make cooking for your pool party guests easy! Available now at $2,750. Indoors are 3 bathrooms, 2+ bedrooms, kitchen, living room and huge 'dining' room that has historically been used as either an office or 3rd bedroom. For this house, all utilities are separately metered. All reasonable offers will be considered.

The Island House: Either 2 bedrooms one of which is a master suite, or 3 bedrooms with the ante room for the master being used as the third bedroom (does have closet, doors, etc.). 3 bathrooms, grand living room, great kitchen (eat in, open floor plan) as well as a large laundry room and a large deck looking out at the Caribbean and Green Cay. $2,500 plus flat rated utilities, again, pet friendly and reasonable offers will be considered.
