Hello,
We are moving back to the States, and have a MEGA yard sale set for Saturday morning, opening the gates at 8AM until NOON, with
Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Everyone,
We are located at 59B la Grande Princesse (which is the second street on the right on the way to Judith's fancy), we are the second house on the right.
We have lots of NICE big items that would love a new home.
Bicycles( 1 Mens, 1 woman's, and 2 kids')
A 4 1/2 month old Sofa (Dark Khaki/Green) in a Right L Return Shape.
37" Plasma TV in box
Surround Sound and DVD player with UPCONVERTING technology, with all 5 speakers (4 1/2 months old, hardly used)
Pub Height DIning Room Table with cushioned bench seat and 5 stools.
Dark Wood 6 shelf unit
Small Wood Drawer Unit (12 drawers)
6 outdoor chairs with cushions, table and umbrella
metal with ceramic tile top table (we used it outside, it has a fish motif, big enough for 2 chairs)
2 twin mattress tops with california box spring bottoms ( still in plastic) and frames and headboards
queen/full mattress and box springs
Tempur-pedic California King bed and box springs and frame
Small wooden kitchen table (We used it for an art table)
Off white square kitchen table (We used it for a desk)
Tall white wicker shelving unit with drawers
1 dark brown bed side table
Area rugs + runners
1999 Plymouth Voyager Expresso Edition 3.3L V6($3500)- White with cloth interior- seats 7- Front wheel drive
ALL items were brought here 5 months ago when we moved here, and we are not taking them with us.
That was a quick run down of the bigger items, we also have some boy clothes (size 3-7), toys, linens, random yard tools, gas weed eater, metal shelf unit, boxing/punching tube, several fans, and much much more! I had the impression from previous posts that you were planning on staying here for a while. Please share with us your plans.

Our plan was to stay here awhile, and yes, that's now changed- we're heading back to a cooler Tahoe climate, and now having been here, perhaps will consider this a base to sail from in the near future. I think one thing I will miss most is the veritable plethora of fresh tropical fruits growing right outside my door. I ate a mango from the grocery store the other day ( in the states ) and it just ain't the same. Thanks for your reply and best wishes to all!

Would you mind give us an "after action" report? What you liked, didn't like? Or what you expected and what reality actually was? What you would do differently? This kind of information is very helpful to those who come after you. Linda

Hello,
My family is moving to STX in a few months and I will be there Aug 30-Sept 6 to find a car and check out a home rental in your neighborhood. Would like to see your still for sale items if you are still there. Your leave date is?
