Lovely studio, STX, close to Christiansted

Hello folks! I just found out, sadly, that a wonderful tenant will need to move on. As such, I will have a studio apartment opening starting in the beginning of December. It is located not far from Gallows Bay, is fully furnished, and comes with all untilities. It also includes WiFi for the Internet/computers, and Direct TV with HBO/Showtime. It is a private, quiet place on 1/3 of an acre of gardens.

Seeking new tenant that is not a heavy partier, has references, and has stabile employment that can be verified. We are a quiet group, and enjoy that. There is a furnished patio that is 7'x25; part in the sun and part very shaded. Street parking is available as is delivery of mail to the house.
