I am looking for roommates to live with me in a three bedroom/three bath condo at Pelican Cove in STX, which will be available at the beginning of June. The condo is fully furnished with washer/dryer, cable TV, dishwasher and wireless internet (free). It has a huge balcony that overlooks the beach/ocean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and airconditioning. The condo complex is beautiful and is located right on the beach just west of Christiansted (about a 5 minute drive to downtown). It is down the beach from the Palms bar/restaurant and H20 bar/restaraunt. Pelican Cove has its own private security service, mailboxes/parking for residents, a very large pool, jacuzzi, and garden area that is maintained by a full time landscaper. The big bedroom rents for $933 (with its own whirpool in the bathroom), the middle bedroom for $833 and the small bedroom for $733. The two larger bedrooms have direct access to the balcony and the biggest bedroom can accomodate two people. I am willing to stay in any of the bedrooms...they are all nicely furnished and comfortable. If you are interested, please send me a message or call me at 847-971-7420.

I am moving to st. croix at the end of July and am looking for a place to rent. Is there a room still available at your place? I am a 21 year old male from New Hampshire taking a year off from school to move down to the island and work/live for a year. Your place sounds great, I would love to take a look at it when I come down for a quick visit in mid June if it is still available. Let me know if that works for you, thanks.

The place will be available at the end of July. The biggest bedroom is filled and the 2 smaller rooms are available for rent. Because two people will be living in the biggest bedroom, the smaller rooms' rent will go down by about $100 each. This is a really good deal for one of the nicest condo complexes on island. All the amenities, right on the beach and minutes away from town...you can't beat that for the price.

Correction: 2 rooms will be available at the beginning of June, 2009. The rent has been reduced in order to fill the rooms ASAP. Condo is fully furnished, each room has private bathroom, balcony access, AC, cable tv & internet. Private message or call me at 847-971-7420 for details.
