I am looking for roommates to live with me in a three bedroom/three bath condo at Pelican Cove in STX, which will be available in mid-August. The condo is fully furnished with washer/dryer and cable TV. It has a huge balcony that overlooks the beach/ocean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and airconditioning. The condo complex is beautiful and is located right on the beach just west of Christiansted (about a 5 minute drive to downtown). It is down the beach from the Palms bar/restaurant and H20 bar/restaraunt. Pelican Cove has its own private security service, mailboxes/parking for residents, a very large pool, jacuzzi, and garden area that is maintained by a full time landscaper. The big bedroom rents for $933 (with its own whirpool in the bathroom), the middle bedroom for $833 and the small bedroom for $733. The two larger bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. I am willing to stay in any of the bedrooms...they are all nicely furnished and comfortable. I am looking for either two roommates or three roommates if a couple would like to live in the largest bedroom. If you are interested, please send me a message or call me at 847-971-7420.

Yes, there is free wireless Internet to the condo unit.

Pelican Cove Beach Condo Resort is comprised of 2 and 3 bedroom large condos of 5 buildings with a total of 46 vacation condos on grounds. Each condo features its own private full balcony deck facing the beach and water views while overlooking the meticulously tropical landscaped grounds.
This spacious 3 BR / 3 BA condo and is just steps away from the beach and has a wonderful gallery.
The graciously appointed living room is decorated with soft accent colors for an elegant island ambiance. The condo features ceiling fans throughout to catch those beautiful tropical breezes and is also completely air conditioned. Amenities include cable TV, DVD, INTERNET stereo and views to the swaying palm trees and water beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to enjoy dinners "at home".

I don't think pets are allowed at Pelican Cove.

I am one moving out of this unit because I am moving to NYC.
I can honestly say that especially for the amount of rent I paid I haven't seen any other place on island I would rather live.
I think my roommate Aneal has found one roommate, but is still looking to fill the third bedroom.

Last month we each paid $88 for all utilities including WAPA, gas, water, cable T.V., & we get free wirless Internet.
