Mio, this sounds perfect. I'm a 41 year old female, not into partying but i do not live on the island yet. looking to relocate in April, but would be willing to work something out till then if it's what I'm looking for. Do you have any pics i can see, the room where i would be staying, view, etc..

I am a 48 year old male and also have a very nice 2br 2ba with excellent view etc in Lagrand Princess and also find myself in need of a roommate. Your description of your home and self indicate we could be compatible roomies. I cook, am nonintrusive and very tidy, yet ,surprisingly enough, heterosexual. I am an attorney for VI Dept. of Justice. My lease is expired, so I can move at any time with 30 days notice. We could meet and compare notes on habitation. Not quite what you are looking for, but I may need a place to stay for a few days while I am looking for an apartment. I'm afraid I come with one husband and one elderly dog. Thanks for thinking of me,. Unfortuately I have a small dog, and although she has been selected "the Cutest Dog in St. Croix", and she really loves humans and charms the socks of everyone who meets her (even people who thought they did not like dogs), she is not particualrly a fan of other dogs. It would not work out. But keep advertising here, I am sure there is someone with a little guest cottage or similar that would be happy to do supwer short term rental. I will also keep my ears open in case I hear of or can think of a friend that mighte be able to put you up for a few days.

Now off to defend that "Cutest Dog in St. Croix" title at the Barkus Parade....

OK, this is still available. I am looking for a female roommate, who is planning to stay at least a few months. The rent is $700 + 1/2 of WAPA, which will come to approximately $760. I am not interested in day-by-day rentals or weekly rentals.

The place is gorgeous and for $760 it's an incredible deal.
