HI, I have been reading this message board for months now and finally decided to get to posting!
My wife, myself, and our 10lb Italian greyhound (full grown 6 years old) are planning to move down to STT for the winter, from about October 1 to the end of march approximately. As such we are in need of a place to stay that will accommodate us. I will be working in town, as likely will be my wife, so we need someplace that is relatively accessible to town, with some sort of yard appropriate for taking out the dog, ie not a 70% grade, not looking for anything to large, but we need it to be furnished with a queen or king, shooting for around the $1000 to $1300 mark but would be willing to discuss options if that turns out to be a pipe dream. We plan to bring a car down so we do need a place to park it. Oh, and air conditioning would be nice. Let me know if you have anything available. Thanks.

I have a two bedroom unit ready now and will keep you in mind if it ends up I have another one ready in October.

we are still looking for an apartment, We know that October is still a ways out, but for the right place, we might consider renting it before we get there just to make sure we get a spot to live. so if you have any housing that might meet our needs let me know. Thanks.
