Looking for a 1-2 bedroom rental in Cotton Valley for friend

Good Afternoon to all!
I have a friend (who does not have access to this board) whom is looking for a place in Cotton Valley. It is a older gentleman who works for Hovensa, and is just hoping to find a quieter atmosphere than where he is currently living (I believe Schooner bay condos). If anyone knows or has a studio/cottage/etc that offers a bit of quiet (at least more privacy than a condo), and leisure for rent please pm me or reply here.
