LF Roommate(s) STT mid Sept.

Hi, I am moving back to STT mid Sept from the states and should have already arranged for lodging but, better late than never! I plan to stay for this years season.. perhaps longer if all goes well.

Requirements:
Min 2 bedroom, 1 bath
Short term lease or montly
Rent per person no more than $1K per person including utilities
A/C
High speed internet
Easy transportation/walking distance to a bus/taxi route
Furnished
Roommates prefered would be neat/no hard core partiers/responsible and respectful and able to pay their own way

Nice but not necessary:
Female roommate(s), Male if you are mature and can keep your hands to yourself
FULLY furnished (linnens, cookware, dishes etc..)

Those things that dont matter:
Pets
Smokers
Weird schedules
