Landscape your Home for Less

Hello there once more folks! I believe my 'therapy' in learning to use my legs again after an accident has come a long way. My love of plants was the catalyst for this. As such:

I have a true compendium of plants for designing your landscape. I am also a visionary about mixing plants as I have been working with them since 1971, and will help to share that vision at your home for a one time fee of $25. With that visit, I will know the climate of your house, available planting land, raised beds, watering systems if needed, etc.

Currently, we have orchids, roses, annual sun craving flowers that will/may live for up to 2+ years (and tend to re-seed themselves), shade plants including the more rare lilies, Australian Fern Trees (need a very humid/semi shade environment), alocasia, calocasia (some sun, some shade depending on the variety), ground covers for both sun and shade, ferns of every type, rain lilies and many more (last count 256 varieties of plants in different stages.

I am licensed to do this from home due to an unfortunate meeting while stopped with a fast moving truck (i.e. there is a little disability going on from head to foot). As I do not have the significant overhead of some nurseries, the plants are generally very healthy and affordable).

The standard hours are 1-9 pm Tuesday through Friday, and 10-3 on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.......however.....if these hours do not suit you, please just send me a note on this thread and I will get a notification, or call me at 513-7941.

DIRECTIONS: From Christiansted, follow the main road east until you come to Gallows Bay and the Ball Parks. In between the ball parks and the gas station, take a right and follow until your first left. Take that left, and continue straight (no left hand turns) until you reach the end, where there is a VERY HIGH white retaining wall, flamboyant tree and the number 42. There is also a sign that says "plants for sale". Take that left and park where you can. The house and gardens are directly above the retaining wall. Weekly specials will be posted. We are the only driveway on the right, but please park on the street to allow for people with challenges in walking. If you do not see me in the yard, just call and I will be right there.

PS: Shortly, classes will be offered regarding plant care, disease control, propagation, etc. I will post messages as the room is created to offer these classes comfortably for all, the classes will be posted. There never will be a charge for a class (not to exceed an hour for your comfort), and you are free to bring a plant that you might have concerns about.
