Lovely and immaculately clean 1X1 apt. is located overlooking beautiful Dorothea Bay with cool breezes and ocean views.
Rental has separate driveway for off road parking, wrap-around decks (2 out of 3 are covered) and comes fully and completely furnished from small appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, Flat Screen TV to towels and linens as well as BBQ grill and outdoor furnishings.

Close to beaches, (especially Dorothea and Hull Bay), town, shopping, UVI and bars, restaurants and activities.

Just bring your suitcase!

Monthly rental is $1500 per month and a $800 cleaning/damage deposit.
Weekly rentals are $770.00 per week/$110.00 per night with a 4 night min.
Weekly rentals are a flat rate. No additional charges are added and include the 10% VI Room Tax.

Monthly rental amount includes all utilities: WAPA electricity, DISH TV w/250 channels plus HBO/Starz, High Speed Wireless Internet, propane for stove, filtered cistern water, monthly yard maintenance, Terminix comes every other month, use of on site laundry facilities
on same level as apt., generator on premises which runs everything in event of prolonged power outages and easy to close sliding hurricane shutters.

Safe and very quiet, lush location. Suitable for clean, quiet, single professional or 2 persons max.
Sorry, no pets and no partiers. Prefer non smokers but smoking is allowed outside on decks.
