It has a full kitchen. King sized bed in separate bedroom.

Rental amount includes all utilities: WAPA/Electricity, DISH TV, High Speed Internet (BBVI), water, monthly yard maintenance,Terminix comes every other month, use of laundry facilities, generator on premises which runs everything in the event of power outages, sliding hurricane shutters, water filtration system for cistern.

Safe, quiet location. Perfect for single professional or 2 persons max.
Sorry, no pets and no partiers. Prefer non smokers but smoking is allowed outside.

Monthly rental is $1500 per month and a $500 cleaning/damage deposit for a 1 month rental.

2-6 month rentals have a first month and $1000.00 security deposit requirement.

Weekly rentals available at $770 per week/$110.00 per night.
Min. stay of 4 nights is required for vacation rentals.
