One owner, never chartered. Owners version, 2 cabins, one over sized head. Recent survey available. Bimini, dodger and 150% genoa less than 2 years old. In mast furling main. A/P, radar, GPS, Tridata and wind, Harken winches, Battery charger, refrigerator, 2 burner propane stove/oven, hot water, salt water pump in galley. All safety gear and ground tackle.
