Island Dog up for adoption

I have an Island Mutt up for adoption.
He is a very sweet brown dog:)
About 35 pounds, short, but 4" to tall to fit carry - under the seat on AA!
(Or Delta!)
He is now very well Crate trained, mostly house broken...
But I wouldn't trust leaving him in house 9-5 and trust him not to pee.
Gets along well with other dogs and cats.
He is a great "Alert dog". Barks at anything new in area, but quickly learns the "regular" activity.
He is heart worm positive and has been started on the "slow kill" protocol.
He was neutered in early Feb.
He is a great dog! But is # 4 in our pack, and #2 just can not adjust to him:(
(#1 and #3 get along w him just fine!)
We will ask for a Vet reference, land lord acceptance and a fenced yard.
And a home visit.
