who has best service for a month on stx 00820 zip

AT&T phone tethering? it's around 1.5mb/s and fairly consistent if you have a good cell signal.
anything else and you're paying an install fee...
I used BBVI untill Innovative came out with their new speed packages, now I have 25mb/s @ 99$ a month plus some install fee (don't remember that number)

BBVI better up their game for same price or I'll be switching too!

Faster speed for the same cost makes Innovative more attractive. BBVI has been promising for over a year to increase speed for lowest tier users and so far nothing has happened.
