Hello there again. Although I now have booking through to the fall of '08, I do have one, two and three week availability in two out of the three apartments. They are fully equiped apartments as described above, all with WiFi, etc., and in speaking the the other landlady, would be happy to entertain the idea of vacationers that just don't want to or can't handle the hotel prices.
If you are looking for some place to vacation near Christiansted, PLEASE contact me ASAP at gardenofcroix@gmail.com re: apartment to rent. (so it does not get caught in all the spam filters). We still have a few weeks in October, November and December. I believe there is an opening in the single room with a patio w/ sea view as well. Next summer and early fall seem to be pretty tied up, depending on he receipt of deposits.
The daily rates vary depending on the month and the apartment, but if you email me or PM me, I can get all the rates lined up for you.
At the two apartments I have, if you are staying more than one week, Sundays are a 'no charge' gift day.

I just wanted to let folks know that the 1 bedroom apartment is now taken during November, 2007; as well as January, February, May and August (waiting for confirmation for May) of '08
The single room with a view of the Caribbean is still open as far as I know (have not head from the land lady)
The studio next to the 1 bedroom may be rented for the first week of November. All other dates are pending.
No committments are made until a deposit is received.
50 emails are somewhere in the process of decision making. If you would like photos, please write and I will send this year's pictures right away.

Hello once again. For the one bedroom, the month of August '08 is how closed.
For the studio, the first week of November is now closed.
All else remains the same, though Hovensa is now inquiring into availabiliy.

Hello once again! I just want to keep people who are moving or checking out the island informed of our availability.
I'll keep it brief.......
1 bedroom: Open now until the end of October, Booked November, January, May and August of '08
Studio: Open now, booked first week of November, potentially booked for each of the six months after that. Am waiting for confirmation.
Rooom/Patio with view of north shore and sea: Booked end of December until 1st week of January.
Again, I hope this is helpful. Please note that any room 'potentially booked does not happen without a deposit, so if you know you are coming to STX, write about an apartment etc., please make sure the deposit goes out on time.
